Fantastic experience: Have been doing Pilates with Zel for years now, best thing ever for my back and wellbeing. I have also been a physio patient a few times (back, ankle, knee) and I have always been treated with kindness and understanding. I would recommend them to anyone needing physio treatment. I have been attending an aerobics/pump class for ' the injured' to get my fitness up after a major knee injury. This class has given me the confidence and the strength to use my leg normally rather than favouring it. A class full of laughs, fun and exercise. Thanks to all the staff who have looked after me over the years. Stephanie.
