MMA Boxing, Kickboxing, kickboxing, Wrestling and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu lessons, under reputable NZ fighter/coach Hone "Two-Guns" Wins. All levels welcome and no experience is necessary in order to train alongside us and join our family! Our current timetable is as follows: Monday: Striking 6pm - 7pm Grappling 7pm - 8pm Tuesday: Striking 6pm - 7pm Grappling 7pm - 8pm Wednesday: Kids mma 4:30pm - 6pm Striking 6pm - 7pm Grappling 7pm - 8pm Thursday: Striking 6pm - 7pm Grappling 7pm - 8pm Friday: Kids mma 4:30pm - 6pm Striking 6pm - 7pm Grappling 7pm - 8pm Saturday: Sparring 1pm - 3pm (invite only) We are currently located behind Oil Changers on Yarrow street.

Fantastic experience: Love the atmosphere and the MMA sparring. An excellent place whether you are new to MMA or martial arts, or you are very experienced - all are welcome

Fantastic experience: A+++ Great gym to train any aspect of mma for all ages, coach is an experienced fighter in a wide range of combat sports and has a great way of passing his knowledge on to others. Awesome bunch of people who make you feel very welcome. Looking forward to achieving some goals I have set at this gym.
