Kia Toa Wellness has two clinical spaces within Fikaa Gym Manukau and JPAthletic in East Tamaki offering Sports & Therapeutic Massage. If you have any niggles or tights muscles you need treatment for make sure to book in. We also work with Sporting Teams and Athletes.

Fantastic experience: Kia Toa Wellness is my "go-to" for massage!! Kevin is an expert massage therapist - his skills, techniques and knowledge are exceptional. I go there feeling stressed and tense mainly in my shoulders and neck and I leave feeling like I'm on Cloud 9- So light and so relaxed!!! I highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking to improve their health & wellbeing.

Fantastic experience: Kevin is the best masseur I encountered in a couple years! He knew my spots and knots as soon as he put his hands on my back. Highly recommend!
