Fantastic experience: I literally came crawling to Restore (via a friend) after a hip injury, plantar fasciitis, not one but two gnarly rolled ankles, plus muscle and joint pain. I received a detailed consultation and a personal plan. The mobility exercises are passive yet highly effective. Make sure you do the CARs! Highly recommend! I would say I'm 90% pain free and working on the remaining 10% ‍♀️

Negative experience: Rude and passive aggressive stff when calling to enquire this week. Dont reccomend.

Fantastic experience: Wow, this place is so unexpected as it is surrounded by semi industrial buildings. Inside so relaxing and fresh, staff are caring and attentive. Was seeing Osteopath, whom took the time to listen first and help figure out best way forward for treatment. Love there is a rehabilation gym to help with physical well being.

Fantastic experience: They have the best up-to-date healthcare, great people, and provide simple answers to very complex questions. Cameron has a diverse range of therapeutic skills, with an empathetic approach to recovery. Couldn't recommend more.

Negative experience: Saturday morning I noticed you were closed so i thought it would be acceptable to use one of the many empty carparks you own seeing as the others were full. To my surprise you had fined me $85 for parking there for less than an hour whilst I was at another store in the compound.

Positive experience: I found Restore through an article in Cityscape and decided it was worth a try. I am training for a marathon and was having issues with a hip amongst many other parts of my body! Liv loosened me up, gave me some easy and almost enjoyable stretching exercises to do pre and post workout. I'm looking forward to my next appointment, its an interesting mix of relaxing and stretching and I definitely felt better for it.

Fantastic experience: I went tonight for a stretch for my old builders back.... seriously your wasting your time with those massage places at the mall or ordinary massage therapists. Liv and Barry are both brilliant FST practitioner's... they have worked on my whole family with brilliant results. Couldn't recommend more highly!!

Fantastic experience: Love my sessions with Liv, the environment is relaxing and Liv is easy to talk to while she's improving my mobility. You do need to do exercises to back up the work she does though, no magic without effort!
