Led by **Brendon**, a Judo Olympian and 4th-degree black belt, and supported by **Bryan**, a Judo legend with Kodokan certification and former Okinawa Superfight MMA Champion, students receive world-class instruction. The team also includes specialists like **Anthony**, a Pedro Fernandes black belt known for his sharp No-Gi grappling, alongside dedicated instructors for juniors and kids. With over 40 years of combined experience among our lead coaches, we ensure every class is structured, technical, and deeply rooted in martial arts discipline.

We offer a comprehensive range of programs tailored to specific needs. Our **BJJ Ninjas** (ages 5-8) and **Juniors** (ages 9-13) classes focus on building coordination, self-esteem, and anti-bullying strategies through fun and engaging drills. For adults (13+), we provide rigorous training in both **Gi Grappling** and **No-Gi Grappling**, blending traditional BJJ techniques with Judo-based takedowns and throws. This unique fusion creates well-rounded grapplers who excel in both standing and ground engagements. We also offer **Sparring (Rolling)** sessions, private lessons, and specialized self-defense training for professionals and private groups.

Alive Dojo is fully equipped to support your training journey. Our facility features Olympic-quality judo mats, a dedicated throwout crash mat, wall padding for safety, and modern change rooms with hot showers. Members enjoy secure parking, 24/7 access to the dojo, and optional access to a full weight room. Fantastic experience: Great location and gym setup. Brendon is a very knowledgeable and friendly grappler with decades of experience in both Judo and BJJ. He is able to teach concepts and techniques to people of all ages and skills, and is truly high level when it comes to all things grappling. Could not recommend Alive Dojo and training alongside Brendon more!!
