Awesome watching the kids grow , not only in the Martial Art, but in been better people as well, every class ends with a little self reflection teaching on how to be a "better person": and I can really see it having and affect on my son as well as the other kids.

Fantastic experience: I trained here for close to 4 years. One of the best, friendliest, least intimidating gyms I've trained at. Instructors are top notch, and has a great family atmosphere. We'll structured for both kids and adults. Had I not moved out of the area, I'd happily keep training here.
