Negative experience: If you don't care about the swimming learn progress maybe you could choose come to try, they don't have a timeline for every stage learning. For my experience, one advance beginner level already spent one and half years…it's very disappointed with the coach and company management.
Fantastic experience: I just witnessed something that reminded me of our own situation 9years ago. I didn't place feedback then but feel the staff at DGSS deserve so much praise. There was a little girl huddled on her Dads lap, scared to go near the pool for her first lesson... One of the team approached and asked if they were OK. She crouched to the child's level and offered her a toy to hop off her Dads lap, next step, to the pool... Short time later.... In the pool and learning.... Exceptional!!! Thanks for taking the time to care.

Fantastic experience: Great swimming school. The teachers are mostly young teenagers but they're all amazing at connecting with the kids and at teaching. My 4yo loves his time there and is getting more and more confident in the water with every single lesson. The booking system and portal are really easy to use and make the whole process so seamless. Good car parking and facilities seem clean and well maintained.

Fantastic experience: My 6 year old has swum here for close to 3 years. Her teachers are great, the pool is warm and the facilities are clean. We had her party here in the weekend and it was fantastic. I would definitely recommend it!

Fantastic experience: We hired out New Windsor swim school for a party over the weekend and it was amazing. Tables were setup when we arrived. Rubbish bags were supplied. Very friendly and helpful lifeguards. Nice and clean facility, and lots of parking. The pool is huge and everyone of all ages enjoyed swimming. If you want a private pool just for your party then this is the place to hire. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Dunked my son under the water against his will, 2 years later he is just recovering. Didn’t help with different teachers each week and getting bumped into other classes to maximise full classes. Not looking out for the welfare of children, just out to make extra $$$

Positive experience: One big pool, teachers are good but the roof is leaking, water dripping in this rainy season

Positive experience: Fantastic swim school. I have a 2 kids here and it's great. NOTE: vehicle access from Peter Buck Rd, not New Windsor.
Fantastic experience: Haven't swimmed there myself, but their work along with New Windsor School allows the kids to swim all year round, weekly - not only on separate occasions.
Positive experience: The instructors need to push the kids more. But other than that it's a great School , good environment, and accommodating staff.
