Positive experience: I went there at 11 pm, it's when it's not so busy. The facilities are semi clean, I mean semi clean becoz it is the end of the day so everyone from that days sweat and what not is everywhere, I mean not EVERYWHERE, but me being OCD me, I'm thinking it's all over the place, lol. No separate toilets and showers. And in saying all that it makes me wonder how many times this place gets cleaned.

Positive experience: So far, so good. Parking is the only downside, there are only 6 or 7 dedicated parks. 24hr gym with key access reasonable rates good for beginners (like me) and experience gym go-ers.

Fantastic experience: Great staff, a wide range of equipment to use. Great gym for new comers and regulars. Bare in mind that Parking is limited in standard working hours, after hours, there are plentiful of parks. The private trainers are very nice and provide support and feedback.
