Fantastic experience: The staff are awesome, friendly, helpful and encouraging. The atmosphere is inclusive meaning i don't feel uncomfortable entering or working out even though im an older larger lady.

Fantastic experience: Great value for money, I usually do cardio as I weight train at home. Nearly keen to try a personal trainer.

Fantastic experience: Was a jetts member way back in the day but left due to PT moving at the time. Have tried several gyms over the years, but there was always something that wasn't quite right for me elsewhere. On returning the things I notice that I missed the most were the lighting, air conditioning, layout/space, and the robustness and variety of the equipment, which are perfect for me at Jetts. I've always felt comfortable there. That said, I've naturally become acquianted with the peak and off-peak times, and can easily adapt my timing if I need it to be more towards the quiet side. The overall atmosphere has made it so much easier to start and keep a routine, and actually enjoy being at the gym.

Fantastic experience: Been a Jetts member for well over four years and loving it. the Managers are always so supportive/easy to talk to, the location is perfect, easy to access by car and from my workplace if I decide to walk on foot. 10/10 service/atmosphere.

Negative experience: Small gym, very limited equipment and most of the times 3-4 equipment is marked as ‘broken’, which is super annoying.

Fantastic experience: Jetts Fitness Upper Hutt, has an amazing atmosphere. Space to work out in a clean and tidy gym. The staff are friendly and helpful. The positive environment makes working out a dream.

Negative experience: Wish I could say the Jett’s gym is good but over the year iv seen it go down hill iv been a member for over 10 years Wish they didn’t down size the hour’s of staff! people just walking in no towel or water bottle don’t whip the machine down Machines broken upon weeks What are we paying for ? No new gym gear ,missing gym gear . Come on Jett’s let’s get back on track Iv left Jett’s after 12 year never would promote these guys they just after money they don’t clean the gym properly people just walking in behind People wearing wrong shoes like sandals Not the same Look into a gym before joining.

Fantastic experience: Excellent gym. The staff are very attentive and helpful with great attitudes. The equipment is always well maintained and the atmosphere is positive. Strongly recommend if living in Upper Hutt.

Positive experience: Tidy, decent amount of machines, decent air conditioning, reasonably priced and in a good location. A few machines are always out of order though. Update: my first review was almost a year ago and review still stands.

Fantastic experience: My daughter, who is studying in Sydney, came home in July for her mid-year break and joined Jetts Upper Hutt for 4 weeks. She loved the gym and said that it was very good. Jackie, who signed her up was very helpful and friendly. Jackie made her feel very welcomed from the get-go. When she is home next time, she will definitely be joining Jetts Upper Hutt again.

Has very clean facilities which is nice that all members makes sure it is clean (they're individual unisex bathrooms) as well as a wide range of equipment ☺
