Fantastic experience: Awesome BJJ training place with emphasis on Judo takedowns and self-defense with strong connection to Japanese Traditions and style. Amazing coachs and a great team environment. Personally, the most brutal warmup I have done. Not sure how the class can perform at that level, as I was spent half way in.
