Explore dynamic sequences in our Flow and Yin-Yang sessions, find stillness in gentle Yin and Hatha practices, or challenge yourself with the structured discipline of Ashtanga. For those seeking deep restoration, our 90-minute Restorative Yoga & Nidra classes use supportive props to facilitate nervous system reset and profound relaxation. Union Yoga is led by a team of passionate and highly qualified instructors, including founder Anna Redfearn and specialist teachers like Tania Bond, an authorized Ashtanga teacher, and Courtney Binns, an expert in chair and prenatal yoga. Beyond regular classes, the studio hosts unique experiences such as Sound Healing journeys with multi-instrumentalist Claudio and introductory courses for new practitioners. Fantastic experience: I am so pleased l found Union Yoga. I was somewhat of a newbie to the Yoga ♂️ Practice but Anna made me feel very welcome and happily answers my many questions.
