Positive experience: Tidy, decent amount of machines, decent air conditioning, reasonably priced and in a good location. A few machines are always out of order though.

Fantastic experience: My daughter, who is studying in Sydney, came home in July for her mid-year break and joined Jetts Upper Hutt for 4 weeks. She loved the gym and said that it was very good. Jackie, who signed her up was very helpful and friendly. Jackie made her feel very welcomed from the get-go. When she is home next time, she will definitely be joining Jetts Upper Hutt again.

Fantastic experience: Dee's an awesome manager looking after this gym. Made me feel at ease and welcome during my induction and first time in the gym. Has very clean facilities which is nice that all members makes sure it is clean (they're individual unisex bathrooms) as well as a wide range of equipment ☺
