Fantastic experience: Only in UH for 4 weeks visting family and needed to keep up gym work and PT sessions. Luke is a machine and will push you to ensure you get the maximum effort from the PT sessions. The sessions are varied each week and never boring and i certainly feel them the next day. Luke clearly illustrates the various exercises and explains what he is after. Cant recommend him and the gym enough. Will be back for sure when i visit again in April!!

Fantastic experience: Came to this gym whilst travelling and spending some time in Wellington, hoping to get a day entry/day pass and was very pleased to hear that on Mondays the gym offers a free session! So that was great and the staff were very welcoming and the gym is really good, nice facilities and machines and would have happily paid! Thanks a lot :)

Plus, the trainers here, they're not just good, they're like fitness wizards. They'll whip up a program that's tailor-made for you, not some generic routine. They even listen to what you like, imagine that! Ladies, if you're over 30 and ready to kick your health into high gear (while waving goodbye to those neglected gym memberships), snag a session with Renee. Seriously what a guy he is, puts a smile on my face every time I even think about going to the gym. His knowledge, experience and great charisma really do make him the perfect person trainer. Positive experience: Gym is tidy and staff are friendly. I like that it has a boxing area this is very useful to me with my training. It's usually quiet during the day so it's a good time to go and picks up at 3 when all the annoying teenagers come in. The kids area is also a huge bonus

Positive experience: It is cheap (the family pass is a great deal). The facilities are good, although there are no much options. The music is awfully loud and the place is often not very clean

Positive experience: I've been to my fair share of gyms (in Upper Hutt) and I've found 24/7 to be the most accepting and where im the most comfortable. Everyone is there for themselves or for/with mates which is cool. The classes are cool and the general layout of equipment works pretty well. It would be nice to possibly get more modern machines or additional machines (eg hip thrust/stair master) but its no biggy. I only know of one staff member but hes nice and comes across welcoming. :)
