Our Recreational Gymnastics Programme, Trampoline & Tumble, and exciting disciplines like Parkour and Silks & Acrobatics invite athletes to explore their strengths while having fun and boosting their confidence.
At DGA, we take pride in our experienced coaching team, dedicated to providing personalized guidance and encouragement. New members are greeted warmly, and we are committed to helping each individual discover the right class for their abilities through our convenient quiz feature.
We also cater to adult gymnasts with specialized classes and offer opportunities for private and casual bookings, including birthday parties and school group sessions. Throughout the year, we host special holiday programmes that keep the excitement going even outside the regular term schedules.

1 year ago Negative experience: Found the email communication with this company very lacking, Our toddler is extremely shy and found the classes very overwhelming. The classes are packed and the teachers didn’t seem to interested in helping us with our shy overwhelmed child. It felt like we were being looked at but zero effort to get her to feel comfortable to participate. Every child is different but it wasn’t the place for us.

4 years ago Negative experience: This gym sucked, my sister went, it was always flooded, cold, the ac never worked, and they had to rely on parents and volunteers to basically run this place

6 years ago Negative experience: Had my daughter's 5th birthday booked here with a number of friends. The coach didn't turn up and we were waiting in the carpark for over an hour where kids were cold and in a unsafe area (the carpark) and tried to contact them but with no reply and instead cut off my father when he rang. If you would like your child to have a terrible experience which ended up in tears, go ahead and book here. I'm only grading them 1 because its the lowest it will accept a grading. I demand my money back because it was a no show plus emotional distress, i want it back asap or i will take them to small claims court.
6 years ago Fantastic experience: We are so happy about the quality of training we receive from DGA. During week, it is a bit difficult to find parking out there, but weekend and night should be fine. Coach are very professional, get on well with our kids. Really appreciate their dedication, highly recommend to those full of energy.

7 years ago Negative experience: Be very very careful when you book. Read their terms and conditions and do not book in advance if there is even the remotest likelihood you might change your mind - you are unlikely to get a refund or credit. Even if you have registered your interest, but neither paid nor attended any classes, they will insist you pay for the full term. The administration is financially ruthless and their interaction with customers is not particularly friendly.
