Fantastic experience: Best gym in HB and its not even close. Incredibly smart selection of equipment with some very rare and specific machines that maximize the space available, and an amazing vibe - the place feels super high end instead of working out in a big shed. Having trained at basically every gym in Hastings, including the Sports Park High Performance Center, its my favorite by far. Olympic Weightlifting, Powerlifting, Crossfit, Bodybuilding, Casual Gym and Cardio, you can do it all here.

The people are lovely and the atmosphere is welcoming and calm. I’ve used gyms in all parts of the world and Flex in Hastings has it all. It’s always spotless and well maintained and just a pleasure to visit.

Fantastic experience: I have had over 44 years training and working in the fitness Industry in NZ and overseas and this has to be one of the best gyms ever. Its a second home to me and It has a friendly family at atmosphere the owners really do care about the clients and keep it clean tidy with continual upgrades of equipment. I also refer clients to the gym for their health and wellbeing because I know they will be looked after. Negative experience: Went in to view gym and get tour to see about joining, no staff came to help after rining bell and waiting around.

Negative experience: Very rude staff, Bad atmosphere. Wouldn't recommend. If you are looking for a good gym try Flex Havelock North or Flex Napier.

Positive experience: I tried out a couple of other gyms before I came to Flex and this is the one that made me want to stay. Good layout IMO and has good variety of equipment to use. Also I signed up during a promo period so got a couple of months free .

Positive experience: Nice and Complexed in a small space,easy to get around there and it has a wide variety of excercise machinery.Theres a toilet there and the people are pretty friendly.
