At Roar Combat Academy, we believe in the philosophy of KAIZEN, or continuous improvement. Our training programs are designed to not only teach effective striking techniques but to also boost your overall health and fitness. Participants can expect to see improvements in speed, power, cardiovascular endurance, mobility, agility, and balance while building essential qualities such as confidence, tenacity, and discipline.
We offer a variety of classes tailored to different age groups and abilities. Our Junior Striking Classes cater to children aged 6-12, ensuring they learn in a safe and encouraging environment, while our Senior Striking Classes are available for teens and adults aged 13 and above. For those seeking a more personalized experience, we also provide private one-on-one and two-on-one sessions to hone your skills further.
Check out our schedule: on Mondays, we host Fighter training at 7:00 PM; juniors can join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 4:00 PM, with general classes at 7:00 PM. Wednesdays are dedicated to sparring at 7:00 PM, while Fridays offer Fighter training at 6:00 PM. No matter your availability or interest level, you’ll find a perfect class to match your goals.

2 years ago Fantastic experience: The ability to click higher than five stars is needed for Roar Combat! You will not find a more passionate coach for either yourself or your child. Ror has a fantastic sixth sense on how far he can push a person to get the best out of them and backs it with a massive knowledge base. Come and try out his classes or go one on one, you won't regret it.
2 years ago Fantastic experience: The one on one lessons were highly beneficial for getting the basics locked, the group classes were fun and inclusive to everyone. The children classes were perfect for young ones to get interested in it. Fun, interesting and 100% would recommend.
2 years ago Fantastic experience: My soon to be 6 yr old Moko is into her 2nd year of private classes with Ror. Techniques taught by Ror are Beautifull, Graceful & Safety is Paramount. Fun is seamlessly integrated. Coaches Ror & Dom upskill therefore upholding to excellence. By the way this 61 year old loves Sparring with RCA & attending private sessions. I love that RCA embraced my age.
