Positive experience: I’ve only just joined Jetts Hastings. Wai was super welcoming on my first day, had a good chat and it’s awesome to know he’s on the same fitness journey as me. Feels like a really supportive place to train.

Fantastic experience: The service, signing up was a breeze, starting at gym with such a great atmosphere, the community of gym peers very respectful and helpful. The cleanliness of the entire. Rating 10/10

Fantastic experience: I was visiting my parents in Hastings for the week, but didn’t want to miss my workouts. I’d rung a couple of gyms about a casual visit, and Jetts offered me a free three-day trial. I went in, and was so impressed with the service from manager Wai, that I signed up! There was no pressure - he simply listened, told me what Jetts offered, and showed me an amazing deal. So I enjoyed working out in my new gym as well as visiting with my family!

Fantastic experience: An amazing gym to go to and work out it’s all clean and tidy.even though it’s a small gym it’s easy to get on all of the equipment. Would highly recommended.

Negative experience: Kind staff, but the digital access is more than frustrating. For two weeks now, unless there was someone to notice me trying to get in, I couldn't enter to do my workout. I have deleted the Jetts app off my old phone to see if the 'access l disabled' would change, phoned, tried the email and site procedures.... Still not able to use my digital access to enter. At this rate, I'd be better going back to my old boxing club: at least then, I'd have full access to a workout I just want to get back to the gym after a year of health problems that prevented exercising.....

Negative experience: If I could give them 0 star rating I would, they are money scammers, they told me my membership expired and was over then continued to give me a bill of $140 but not tell me, when I tried to cancel my membership they wanted to charge me an additional $100 as a “cancellation fee” which I was not told about when signing up, I am a broke high school student working on minimum wage not even making $100 per week. If you are looking to loose money and over spend then Jetts is definitely that place for you.

Negative experience: I was on a Christmas holiday in Hastings 2024 and when I went to Jetts Hastings, I found out that the gym is closed on Christmas Eve and Christmas day. There are no signs on the doors that they are closed. I tried to peek from the door and noticed that the lights are off and nothing was written on the whiteboard that it is close during the holidays. I’ve been a member of the gym for 5 years and was very happy with it but I was so disappointed with this branch as most of Jetts are open 24/7 even on holidays but this isn’t. I won’t recommend visiting this branch on holidays, you never know if it is open ‍♂️

Fantastic experience: Hey you, person thinking of joining this gym. Do it. Seriously. Best thing you’ll do for yourself. The staff here are superb and although it isnt the largest gym its clean and friendly. You wont regret it!

Positive experience: Love this place when it's not jammed packed hence why I try and go on off-peak hours. But when I do such a great variety of equipment to sweat off last night's calories

Fantastic experience: From 10pm onwards numbers are pretty low so it's a great time for me to go. Clean facilities and has most equipment you usually find in 24/7 gyms. People are friendly too..

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of Jetts Gym in Hastings since January. I have nothing but praise for the friendly gym staff especially Dave who's very proficient and helpful in giving me a great gym experience with his professionalism and tuition. Well done Jetts.

Negative experience: Terrible signed up in wellington and was told there was a facility in Napier, once I moved back to Napier there was no facility here. I asked if I could refund my membership and they told me only if I payed the cancellation fee which was like over $100 was literally only signed up with Jetts for 2weeks during this time and now im having to pay a membership I cant even use.

Positive experience: Dave and Luke are so easy and cool to talk to about programs. The equipment is always updated with the latest available. Never a shortage of space to move around.

Positive experience: Nice gym, if they have calisthenics equipment for muscle up, hand stand, human flags etc it will be perfect The gym is not to busy, you don’t have to wait for a machines A lot of free weight
