Fantastic experience: Best gym I've been to and best spin classes in town. Great environment, great people and nice and central in Stoke. No mirrors and no BS. Everyone is friendly and welcoming and there is no judgement. People are encouraging and helpful and look after on another. Owners are always very friendly, available and helpful - they go above and beyond to make Primal the best there is - including a great online option during lockdown. Great option of classes (mornings, mid morning and evenings) stacks of parking, great facilities and top quality gear/equipment, the workouts are hard but they work.

Fantastic experience: My family moved to Nelson just shy of a year ago and we found Primal Fit via Social Media and knew this was 'our kind of place' before we had even moved! We have never been disappointed. It is a fun place to go to exercise and everyone there is incredibly supportive. When you become a part of the Primal Fit family, you are not just another number, you are genuinely part of what makes this gym special! I highly recommend Primal Fit. You will definitely become fitter and stronger by going!

Fantastic experience: I only joined Primal Fit a few months ago and what an amazing gym it is. Jace and Alex have created something very special and it's a nice feeling to go to a gym where you feel included, encouraged and where there are no egos or judgement. Everyone is so supportive and friendly and the classes are challenging, put me out of my comfort zone and are super fun. I love that there is heaps of variety with the classes and the gym is very well-equipped and isn't your 'standard gym'. I highly recommend Primal Fit, you won't regret it! :)
