BFT New Plymouth

Fantastic experience: This gym is incredible. The team are amazing and the actual training modules are fantastic. Whether you're starting out and want lots of motivation & support or you're experienced and want a crew that will push you to the next level this place is great for all levels. I tried a few different gyms in New Plymouth before finding BFT and while lots of places have great trainers and workouts - I feel the BFT crew goes above and beyond to make you feel like a part of the community from your very first session. It's the first time in ages I've felt like going to the gym is one of the best parts of my day not something I suffer through to tick off my exercise goals.

Fantastic experience: Really friendly, supportive vibe @ BFT. Doesn't matter if you are starting out, rehabbing or a gym pro, you will get value for $$ and improve in strength & fitness using the knowledge from the trainers.

Fantastic experience: Having coached and participated in a bunch of functional training studios around the world (F45, HIIT & other group strength & condition classes), in the few sessions I've done, this crew at BFT have blown me away. The trainers are excellent, they prioritise safe but challenging and high quality movements and they create an environment that is as equally welcoming for a newbie gym goer as it is to Mums and Dads through to high performance athletes. The 5-day, $25 trial is my recommendation to sink your teeth in to this studio. Highly recommend.
