Active+ Palmerston North

Located in the heart of Palmerston North on Tremaine Avenue, Active+ Palmerston North is a premier multidisciplinary health and wellness clinic housed in a modern, purpose-built facility. Designed to support your journey to optimal health, our clinic features a fully equipped gym, private consultation rooms, and a dedicated Pilates studio, all set in a welcoming and accessible environment with easy front-of-building parking.

Our expert team of physiotherapists is passionate about delivering specialized care, combining strong backgrounds in musculoskeletal rehabilitation with advanced techniques such as acupuncture, dry needling, and manual therapy. Beyond standard physio, we offer a comprehensive suite of specialist services including vestibular rehabilitation for dizziness and balance issues, concussion management for mild traumatic brain injuries, and tailored pain management programs that utilize a team-based approach involving doctors, dietitians, and psychologists.

We are proud to introduce our new Paediatric Allied Health Clinic, opening in June, which provides integrated, play-based care for children and young people. This multidisciplinary service brings together occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and speech-language therapists to support developmental milestones, motor skills, and emotional well-being in a child-friendly setting. No referral is necessary to access these community-focused services.

At Active+, we believe in holistic care that supports the mind, body, and lifestyle. In addition to clinical treatments, we offer Pilates Express classes in our gym, nutritional counseling, and occupational therapy ranging from home modifications to vocational rehabilitation. Whether you are recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, or seeking preventive care, our diverse team—including social workers, nurses, and rehab coaches—is here to empower you and your whānau to thrive.
