Fantastic experience: Awesome gym, friendly people, no perverts so I feel at ease while working out. Easy to get on to the equipment as the gym is not over crowded. The owner Brenden is very helpful and just an all round good guy. Best value for money gym in Tauranga!

Fantastic experience: Great non posey gym with great people, a relaxed attitude in a super convenient location. If you want to work out, get fit and don't need and would rather not pay for the latest bling then it's a great (perhaps only) place to go.

Awesome to feel like part of the 'Gym- Family' rather than just being a customer like you get at larger Chain-owned/ operated Gyms! All whilst still providing a great range of equipment no matter what your focus. Brenden is great to deal with, always happy to have a chat, give his professional advice and answer any questions!

Fantastic experience: Yep. I go here. Nights normally. The nights are quiet...just a handful of people. This means the equipment is always available. It's not a mega gym and no personal trainers that I have ever seen. But it's just a good place for a workout at you own pace.
