Fantastic experience: Friendly staff and challenging sessions

Fantastic experience: F45 for lunch, F45 in the morning, or in the evening. This F45 outlet is super big, bright, well equipped and not too crowded. It sports big fans that keep you cool during the session, a sound system so you dont have to hear the huffing and puffing (your own mainly). Also a cool thing is there are enough car parks nearby any time of the day. But the best thing is the team is friendly, supportive and 'pushy' enough to squeeze the last drop of sweat out of you. In simple terms: choice!

Fantastic experience: Awesome F45 studio and trainers, I hadn’t set foot in a gym for over 25 years and this place has been great for fitness, strength and mental well-being.

Fantastic experience: What an amazing gym, very clean, and well organized layout. Liana and her amazing coaching team and members were so friendly and hospitable during my visit. As a newbie, I settled in easily and enjoyed the various edible healthy treats provided by Liana. Thank you for making my workouts as great as they were.

Fantastic experience: Going to f45 is the highlight of my day. I always feel super satisfied after each session which I was not getting from regular gyms before joining f45. Everyone is super nice and friendly including the staff. Highly recommend :)

Fantastic experience: Amazing! I wasn't the biggest fan of group classes but I am converted. Great location, very good set up and lay out and everyone is super supportive and knowledgeable. Really good times for the classes and a lot of fun extra activities on the go. Would highly recommend if you are a complete novice or an athlete, the coaches do an incredible job of tailoring the exercise stations to the individual, regardless of fitness level. Big fan!

Fantastic experience: I love F45! The trainers are so cool, & they’re always pushing you to do more than what you think you could do. I was hesitant about joining as I have never done group workouts/classes before, but after my first class at F45 I was hooked and had to sign up. Highly recommend to anyone who is thinking about joining it to just give it a try!

Fantastic experience: Such an awesome gym I absolutely love it!! Not only are the classes amazing but the coaches & community feel makes it such a fun & friendly place to train. If you want to seriously improve your fitness & meet some epic people along the way I would highly recommend this gym.
