Positive experience: The staff is great. But the polices suck. At the time of joining there was "no lock in" membership, similarly there was no upfront payment that allowed 24/7 access for a given amount of weeks. I picked the 12 month contract which suited me the best. However due to work and other obligations I had to move abruptly. After I explained this still asked for $150 cancellation fee (this should be less as I have payed almost 6 months with no late fees). The equipment was basic. But there was alot of it. There were many times were broken equipment took weeks or months to fix. Overall don't recommend

Negative experience: Poor communication their behalf, I was not warned that my card was not having the weekly payment taken out of it which hence forth accumulated the late penalty fee and was only informed when it was too late. Do not recommend signing up at this gym.

Fantastic experience: Great gym wide range of equipment even has a fitness room where u can make ur own circuit trainings. Super clean environment and staff are great espically Mac he's great personal trainer and very knowledgeable on all thing fitness so glad me and hubby joined up even got 4 of our friends to join With us we love it

Negative experience: Arrived at 2:30 to find a sign posted to come back at 3:30. No trial pass offered and when I asked to purchase a 24h pass as offered in Auckland at Les Mills I was told no I would have to pay for both days even though I had just lost an hour and it was no longer convenient for me to work out today. Long story short zero customer appreciation from the owner so not inclined to spend my $ here and a warning to others regarding his lack of flexibility

Fantastic experience: Decent priced gym and love the space ! Never have to wait for equipment as there’s plenty. Always clean especially the toilets & shower rooms which is lovely. Friendly staff. Range of pre workout drinks & supplements are a bonus. Always enjoy going to this gym ☺️

Fantastic experience: Friendly staff. Good range of gym equipment. Not to dearly priced. Able to use the gym gear (I want to use) almost always, or to use a suitable replacement (when someone else is using the gear I want to use).

Fantastic experience: Great gym and huge inside with plenty of room for all members. No waiting around for equipment like other smaller gyms. Great clientele and staff who are always available for help or advice if needed. Not full of posers looking in the mirror whilst they lift and instead a great supportive atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone.
