Negative experience: The night manager had a major issue with me calling a casual pass a day pass and then he continued to talk down to me. after accidentally called it a day pass again as I was walking into the gym after paying, he yelled at me and told me not to be smart with him and I said I wasn’t it was just force of habit, he then pushed me out the gym and threatened to call security and he kept my money.

Fantastic experience: Came to cafe Nga Pura Pura on Wednesday with friends from 'The hub' Wednesday worship/church service. Only the main manager lady was there. She was friendly as always while serving at the till, preparing and delivering the food. She maintained humour as the only staff while customers asked about the others and how they could help. She probably served a line of 10+ at a time. The food was really yum and service was quicker than other cafes on a good day. She performed her duties and had the place feeling really welcoming and calm, solo, please give her a prize, employee of the month? She told me to just review Nga Pura Pura when I asked for her name!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. Such a beautiful building and facility and be one of my favourite cafes. The Food is great, and a fantastic price. The staff are so nice and friendly aswell. I drive out of my way to stop here. It's a real asset for Otaki.

Fantastic experience: The cafe is really wonderful! Winnie is one of the best 'front-of-house' people I've met. So nice to be greeted and farewelled in Te Reo Food is really nice and very inexpensive. This HAS to be Otaki's best kept secret.
