Positive experience: Gym is great but the payment system is so bad, they litteraly told me that they had problem with Xplor Payment or Debitsucess but still use it. If by their fault the payment fail you take big fees. The prices are expensives tho.

Fantastic experience: Love going here, when I first started about 2 months ago the staff were really helpful and nice. The boxing classes are great and it is affordable, definitely cheaper than other gyms i have been to. I would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: My experience at this gym has been disappointing. It's important to highlight that we attempted to cancel our subscription 9 days in advance, as on previous days when we tried, the gym wasn't open during the hours indicated on the entrance sign. Despite our efforts to comply with the cancellation terms, we were charged for an additional two weeks. This inconsistency in operating hours only added to our frustration with the poor customer service and the lack of hot water in the showers for a week. In summary, my experience here has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this gym to others
