Negative experience: My experience at this gym has been disappointing. It's important to highlight that we attempted to cancel our subscription 9 days in advance, as on previous days when we tried, the gym wasn't open during the hours indicated on the entrance sign. Despite our efforts to comply with the cancellation terms, we were charged for an additional two weeks. This inconsistency in operating hours only added to our frustration with the poor customer service and the lack of hot water in the showers for a week. In summary, my experience here has been extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend this gym to others
