Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym. The equipment covers all exercises I like and has new equipment added / updated reasonably frequently. It has a much better range and area of free weights than other branches imo. The classes are very enjoyable and the other gym goers are very friendly. A huge amount of free parking right out front.

Negative experience: I don't recommend anyone to join this gym club. Same as the reviews with the other fellas they still charged you even after the cancelation. I never experienced that with other gym clubs. I'm going to complain them to citizen advice bureau. And hope this gym gets shut down.

Fantastic experience: Great gym! Always easy to find equipment... never so full you have to stand around and wait ...

Negative experience: Terrible service..so unprofessional I totally agreed with other reviews up here about membership cancellation they will not cancel your membership and will continue to charge even after sending them an email..they will just ignore your other emails and the next time you will hear from them is to inform you of another overdue.They always say that they tried calling but number doesn’t work but that is the reason why every member put down other contact options like email..etc. even reviews on their website they will never respond. Stay away from this gym

Negative experience: They will not cancel your gym membership and will continue to charge you even after you've sent them an email. They will not notify you but will just charge you. J, the gym manager and his cronies are really slimy when it comes to trying to take every dollar out of you. Cityfitness Henderson is more fair and their prices are more affordable and their equipments are much newer tol. Stay away from this gym

Negative experience: Not recommend this branch!! Not happy with the communication with manager. Have requested the cancellation with email in August, but this branch transferred my profile to here without notice, but not admitted the earlier email communication and asked to start another 14 day’s notice time. Currently I am in process of complaining to EXNZ. Will update later.

Negative experience: Unpleasant experience with Weng Kai. Clueless with customer service. Glad I didn't join the gym. First impressions whilst making enquiries was already a fail.

Negative experience: Worst experience ever. The staff is so rude and unprofessional. I've been going to different gyms from last 7 years and never been treated like this before. Please avoid this branch if you can.

Negative experience: This gym is dull and a bit run down with older basic equipment. For the price of $18.50 pw I don't think its fair at all. For example, Snapfitness Henderson is around $8 pw and is more up to date. This gym is clearly neglected since no one replies or cares about the feedback on here. The other Anytime fitness branches have upgraded equipment with modern interior. It's disappointing they left this branch out. Please invest in upgrading this gym or don't be surprised when members cancel.

Negative experience: Stay far away from this gym. I have had the most difficult situations here including: safety walking out to my car in the evenings, dealing with the customer service team- they are rude and unprofessional when they can't get their way. Always making up new excuses. I have never been treated this poorly by any other gym branch. Genuinely disheartening as I was really looking forward to a nice gym to attend.

Negative experience: I went in with high hopes but was thoroughly disappointed at how many machines had their safety mechanism broken and grip pads either removed or detoriating. I did not receive a tour or any safety talk which was concerning after noticing how much equipment was damaged. The first cross trainer I tried wasn't working. The 1 lat pulldown had broken and removed grip pads leaving expoxed bar. The gym was fairly empty but equipment was unorganized and left splayed over the floor. The gym is not set up for social distancing and I would say it's not very suitable for women or people with arthritis as the new style machines were impossible for me to adjust with one hand and several completely unusable to me. There was no dedicated floor area and benches set up in weird places. Definitely trial here before you commit as it seems to be aimed at bodybuilding/vanity muscles.

Negative experience: Stay as far away from this establishment. They are rude, unprofessional, unhelpful and when they can't get their way, they hang up the phone on you. This company changed my contract due to covid they say and failed to provide me with an email or any form of notification to advise me of this. When I emailed to give my 14 days cancelation notice that was when I found out my contract was updated without me being notified. Very appalling and uncalled for attitude from the staff Sateki who was scoffing away, being rude and hanging up on me saying it's not their problem, the contract changed and it is what it is whether I was notified or not. I joined a gym to help me with my anxiety but 2 days of dealing with them about my cancelation I suffered really bad anxiety attacks. Company could educate themselves on customer etiquette. Would not recommend Anytime Fitness Henderson to anyone. Join Jetts, Snap fitness or Crossfit Waitakere they treat you much better.

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym, very spacious. Heaps of equipment. If they got an abductor machine, I may never leave!

Fantastic experience: Love this gym, staff are friendly and always willing to help us. I don't regret signing up there. People moan that they have to pay more but they do way more for you. Free group classes at 6pm almost everyday, what more could you ask for. Stop whining you people and don't act like you didn't know what you signed up for.

Negative experience: No hyperbole here, but the worst run gym service I have ever experienced. As a lifetime Gymgoer avoid this chain like the plague. The staff are rude, incompetent and clearly don't know the first thing about knowing how to run a gym let alone a Lemonade stand. Do yourself a favour and don't step foot in this place.

Negative experience: I don't think the new owner knows how to run a gym. He appears to be a PT turned Gym owner with no clue on the basics. Gym is dirty, there are posters up in Chinese which is fine, but for us English speaking members we do not know what the signs say. Even their bloody Facebook page is littered with selfies of him with Chinese captions.The whole situation at that gym is very bizarre, staff dont even say hello. I moved to Snap Fitness Henderson and have not looked back.

Negative experience: Absolutely terrible service. The worst gym I have ever been. The guys who are working there have NO IDEA how to take care of their clients. The manager Andy would benefit from being a bit friendly.

So good luck ..Reason..i joint on June since that never been because my knee problem.i told Andy on Oct/17 to cancel my membership ,I am having a operation while waiting my 0peration the doctor give m a injection...i give them my doctors certificate I can't do gym at the moment .3x times talk to him ignore me and still take my money on.my acc#.i agrre the terms and conditions- hope I care my self too I have a reason why I stop .I have a bad pain my knee.now that staff calling me on the phone to tell me ask my doctors email address .oh my god . Before ask me the doctors certificate I provide them already.and 3× told them too .now still give me a streets and worse.to anytime fitness Swanson Henderson the name Andy since I told him to cancel on Oct I want my money back I am talking to the court. Fantastic experience: Been a member for 1 year, and will continue being a member, it's cosy gym to work out at its what you make of it and to me it's nearly my 2nd home, love this gym the staff are awsome and friendly..

Negative experience: They make it extremely hard to cancel membership not happy with changes apparently I was locked in a 1year contract I knew nothing about !

Negative experience: When we signed up they did not mention anything about this '30 days notice period' which i think is very misleading. Also the guy on the other side of the phone didn't even know what he was talking about and wouldn't take NO for an answer when I said I wanted to cancel my membership!
