Fantastic experience: I started with Life Co-Lab back in one of our lockdowns and have to say it's been the best decision I have ever made. I've never felt fitter, stronger and leaner and I'm in my mid forties. The two owners are brilliant - professional yet caring and really go out of their way to make you feel very welcome. I am not a typical gym goer and usually never stick to a regular plan. Annette and Annalee have changed that! I can't recommend Life Co-Lab enough. Oh and their infrared sauna is perfect after a workout.
