7 years ago Fantastic experience: Been coming to this gym for 5-6 years now. John Pemberton, the owner/ personal trainer is highly professional and involved in every clients development and sporting success. Organises teams for sporting events and drinks at the local. Great community and an awesome all rounder. Recommended for anyone who needs a little more of a custom fit rather than a one size fits all approach.
