Positive experience: My nephew and I, joined the gym Monday. 10am met staff, who gave us the rundown in regards to use of gym and showed us around, very nice Bigger than I thought. Now enrolled as new member. Alot of the equipment, you are able to use your self. If in doubt ask staff. 4 different sections, available for more weights, balancing, other equipment different levels of fitness etc, etc, etc. Third session getting use to equipment. Toilets and showers available, on sight.

Fantastic experience: Amazing little gym in Tuakau. Stopped in for a train while at a wananga. Shout out to Savanah for the manaakitanga. Love that there's a vending machine with protein shakes and pre workout cans. Heaps of machines and plenty of free weight, boxing bags and bikes, treadmills and even a stair climber. Will definitely be back. Casual cost is $15 for a workout. Good value
