White Wolf Health and Fitness is the total approach. Health coaching, personal training, nutrition support, sports performance, adrenal and food sensitivity support and weight management. We leave no stone unturned to help you be your best. One on one or in a small group. We also provide online coaching and a 24 week video fitness and body transformation program. Directors Micah and Greg Lindsay-Brown are passionate about changing lives and have 20 plus years experience in the industry. In addition we provide high quality health products to support your health.

Fantastic experience: I first saw Greg at the gym. I wondered how he was so cut and defined and fit looking when I hardly ever saw him at the gym.(I'm training for an event and have been 4-6 he's a day at the gym) One day I asked him how he was so athletic and defined. He told me about his business and piqued my interest. I said he was an excellent advertisment for his business.
