Fantastic experience: I've been a member of several gyms (including probably NZ's best known) but Curves New Plymouth is the only one where I have lasted and achieved lasting and measurable results. Staff are supportive and encouraging and their genuine interest in your progress and wellbeing provides trust. Challenges are offered outside of the gym to keep you motivated and help you meet your goals. There's a friendly vibe at Curves New Plymouth, where you always feel welcome and where you belong.

Fantastic experience: This gym is the best gym I think I've ever been to. The staff are supportive, friendly, encouraging and the atmosphere is contagiously positive. Lots of upbeat 80's and 90's music to work out to and state of the art hydraulic equipment that works with you. I can't recommend this gym enough.
