Fantastic experience: Responsive and engaging Personal Trainers who are great at tailoring to individual goals. My training program is regularly tracked and changed up to keep things fresh (or to deal with niggles/injuries that come with middle age). The facilities are well stocked with plenty of equipment options for added training flexibility. It is very handy to have a fresh towel service to arrive at the office fresh or for a quick lunch workout.

Fantastic experience: I've recently joined results room and have found the one:one training really good. The limited membership means there's always plenty of space and equipment, and the towel service is a real bonus! Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Excellent trainers that are super friendly ! facilities are pretty good and fairly secure if you opt to train alone or after hours. Definitely worth it for the trainers alone
