Fantastic experience: Popped in for some training while I was doing contract work in Hawkes Bay and the head instructor Damian is the warmest most friendly coach I've met. He gave me a lot of one-on-one tips with some interesting techniques. If I was living in Hawkes Bay I would definitely join this gym.

Fantastic experience: Pretty life changing this visit was. Jeepers. Was looking for a place to get fit, ended up learning how to kill a human. . Half joking... it's a great place to train and be apart of a team of all levels. A++
