Fantastic experience: A little pricer than chain gyms but they have much better in person service. The PTs are always around the gym and happy to answer questions, the facilities and pool are in great shape and always good for a quiet swim. The size of the facility more than makes up for a little steeper price, and being local to Morningside in walking distance is great too. Don't listen to the bad press about charging over lockdown, give them an honest shot. Bonus shout-out to the cafe, great panini and protein shakes.

Fantastic experience: I love the gym and was happy to continue paying through lockdown as I was one of the lucky ones to still have a job. Occasionally the pool is not as clean as it could be but the staff always respond immediately when I have a concern. My trainer is excellent and the atmosphere in general is welcoming.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! I love all the people that work here it’s like walking into one big hug everytime! There is an incredible crèche run by the amazing sue and her angels which means I have been able to come here with my newborn and toddler. You can’t put a price on mental health and that is what this gym gives all mums and dads that have little ones. I wish I had found them all sooner and I love the classes run by Gosia and the PT’s here are awesome too... Neil has changed my life! Thanks health and sports ❤️

All staff say hello and have a chat, helping out with what ever is needed! Clean facilities, amazing equipment, fun classes and an all round motivating and happy atmosphere! Love this place, by far the best gym in Auckland! Thanks guys!!

Fantastic experience: This is a gym that makes you feel welcome unlike some other gyms which feel pretenmtious. The staff at Health and Sports are all professional, friendly and knowledgeable. This is one of the only gyms remaining in Auckland that offers a childminding/creche service as well as a well equipped gym, a large variety of group classes, a cafe, sauna, pool and not to mention a fantastic swim school. Highly reccomend checkign this gym out.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic community gym with friendly, approachable and knowledgeable staff. Great facilities including quality machines, a delicious and healthy cafe, a pool and saunas. Great variety of classes with relatable and engaging fitness instructors (Anne is a legend!). Affordable membership and receptionists are always helpful.

Fantastic experience: LOVE this gym. I'm in no way a buff gym lad and have never felt comfortable going to a gym based on my size. I joined Health&Sports in 2017 and was warmly welcomed by the team. I ended up making friends with one of the instructors who in turn introduced me to all of their friends. I have never felt more at home at a gym. Thank YOU!

Fantastic experience: Equipment is upgraded recently, facilities include sauna and swimming pool that water is quite warm. Also a healthy style cafe is in the house. Staff includes a blonde twins that sometimes confuse me who is who ;) YIU TAK CHAN
