As CrossFitters, we’ve seen how important community and belonging are to health and wellbeing. We’re better when we work together. We push each other, support each other.
Love lifting heavy or getting your heart racing? Our crossfit classes are both challenging and rewarding. You will acquire new skills and forge a new level of fitness.
In this program, there is more of a focus on harder skills and movements that can improve balance and co-ordination. This means more challenging and powerful lifts.
This is a fun program for kids between the ages of 7-12. We will teach them about diligence and being part of a group in a fitness-focused environment.
Personal training sessions can be an extremely effective way to focus on sport specific skill development and technique, as well as assist in injury rehabilitation.
