Fantastic experience: If you are looking for a great all body workout in a friendly and supportive environment then you need to do Steph’s class! I work full time and travel for work too, so online classes combined with some classes in person means I don’t have to sacrifice my health and mental well being. Give it go!

Fantastic experience: En Forme classes are always energised, positive and empowering. Steph has a wealth of knowledge within Pilates and Barre creating a safe space to challenge yourself whilst having fun!
