Flex Fitness Havelock North 24 Hour Gym

Negative experience: Not it.

Negative experience: Bad staff. Rude and strict about rules. When i came in to give my 2 week notice to cancel my membership at the end of the year they left it there for months and i had to keep paying. I had to email, call and file a complaint, just so i could get my money back and cancel the membership which would have been solved if they did their job.

Positive experience: A good clean gym

Fantastic experience: This place slaps. Nice people, nice equipment, great environment to work out. Ariel made me a cup of tea one day out of nowhere. Good job!

Fantastic experience: You all come and train with Jack, he's awesome I mean you'll get to meet all of those lovely guys, Liam, Samson, and them. They are all friendly like Jesus dying on the cross.

With a generous selection of free weights, state of the art machines and quality cardio equipment you'll find everything thing you need to stay in shape.The space is modern and clean with a contemporary fit-out including private shower rooms. The staff are passionate and knowledgeable about the fitness industry and always display a positive and friendly attitude. Group classes, sports massage and one on one personal training sessions are also available.

Fantastic experience: A great gym, very welcoming, clean and great stock of equipment, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere, if you are just passing through havelock and need a gym go here and you will definitely find what ever you need to get that workout done.

Fantastic experience: Visited as a casual from MELBOURNE and this place is fantastic. Damon and the others clearly take pride in their gym. Well set out, impeccably maintained and great equipment. Great protein shake at the end as well. Would highly recommend getting there for training sessions
