Fantastic experience: I had attended Jacqui's yoga classes regularly for 2 years, then had a break due to work commitments. I'm back at the classes again and cannot believe the difference I feel after only 4 classes. What I really appreciate about Jacqui, is she is a qualified physiotherapist, which gives an added level of confidence in her instruction. She takes the time to ensure that everyone gets out of the class what they need. The classes are always entertaining. Jacqui has a wicked sense of humour and that puts people at ease. I'm so pleased to be back at Yoga for the Stiff & Sore :)

Fantastic experience: Great yoga classes where everybody gets to do what's right for them. I also like that Jacqui's a physio as it means I can trust her assessment of what your body's doing and what it needs to do.

Fantastic experience: Jacqui's yoga classes are the most inclusive I have come across with attendies of a variety of abilities, Jacqui perfectly caters to the needs of each individual and provides a class with a well balanced atmosphere of peace, empowerment and humour.

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Jacqui’s yoga classes for about 5 years and it’s by far the most relaxed, easy going yoga class I’ve been too. There is no judgement, lots of laughs and it’s really for any body type and any person. I highly recommend you try a class out :-)
