Fantastic experience: Best experience!!! since day one I have just felt comfortable, all exercises are talked through and explained and you can push yourself to your own personal level, haven’t felt so empowered or achieved after a gym session like I have here. bonus of the challenges where you can win $ is such a good motivation to keep you on track and the team is so encouraging, wouldn’t recommend it more!
