Fantastic experience: Superb customer service I obtained everything in one place I couldn't locate elsewhere in Aotearoa! First, I went for Red Light Therapy, and immediately afterward I used the infrared sauna. I then took a cold shower and finally jumped into the standing sunbed.

Fantastic experience: Living Being Well is a little sanctuary for me I try to go every day because it helps me reset mentally and physically. The 15 minutes on the Vibra-Train, followed by the red light therapy or the sauna is exactly what I need. I feel so much stronger since using the Vibra-Train regularly, I’ve really noticed the difference! The red light therapy has also been helping with my post-surgery scars, which I'm so happy about. The place is always spotless, calm, and welcoming! I genuinely feel at home there. And Angela is absolutely amazing! She's so kind, friendly, and always has something lovely to say. She makes every visit feel special. I really enjoy being there. Highly recommend it to anyone needing a bit of time out for themselves.

Fantastic experience: Living being well, is a fantastic boutique find in the heart of Pukekohe! I love the infrared saunas, they are such a great way to detox, followed by a vibra train and a tan and I leave feeling amazing! Great value plan options and friendly staff ‍♀️
