Join us for exhilarating Zumba sessions led by our enthusiastic instructor, Michal. With simple and engaging dance moves set to lively Latin and world rhythms, you’ll be sweating and smiling in no time. No prior dance experience is needed—just come as you are and enjoy the energetic atmosphere!

We offer a variety of classes suited to different needs. For those looking for a gentler approach, our Zumba Gold classes are ideal for active older adults, beginners, or anyone recovering from an injury. These low-impact sessions, held at St Stephen's Church on Monday and Thursday mornings, focus on improving fitness, balance, and mood through enjoyable music and easy-to-follow moves.

If you’re ready for a challenge, check out our Strong Nation classes, which combine body weight exercises, muscle conditioning, cardio, and combat moves—all set to motivating music. Though classes are currently unavailable, there’s always something exciting happening at Zumba South.
