Fantastic experience: World Health an Fitness good staff there.Josh Gerken he is a very good PT instructor.was with World for bout 6 yrs. He was my PT instructor for bout 7 months. Now he's given notice.wont be with him any more.Dont know yet who my new PT instructor is going to be sad day he's leaving,I got on very well with him. I wish Josh all the best on his journey.the best instructor I've ever had My friend did have another PT instructor for me,but he’s signed up to a Contact with another gym But I’ll stay with World at the moment,might have to do it myself,on my own,I hope World get another PT instructor like Josh

Fantastic experience: Came in for a casual workout at a very reasonable $14. Heaps of weight machines and free weights and big floor space. Older gym which gives it a good edge.
