Bloom Pilates Studio

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Bloom Pilates for a year now and I cannot recommend Aly enough! I went in nervous and unfit. Not once did Aly make me feel uncomfortable about my level of fitness (Or lack of balance haha). She made me feel welcome from day one. Its important to her that you carry out Pilates Safely and at your own pace. Not only has this been amazing for my fitness, balance and strength but my Mental health as well.

Fantastic experience: Bloom is an incredible reformer Pilates studio. I moved to NZ in January and started going to her classes 3-4 times a week and Aly has seriously transformed my body. It feels second nature to do Pilates now all thanks to her. I was looking for an enjoyable and stress relieving workout and this is it! It’s such an intimate and calming studio and she provides guidance that is hard to find in a larger studio. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I went to bloom studio while I was pregnant. Aly our instructor made me feel very at ease doing Pilates at each stage of my pregnancy. She is an excellent instructor highly recommend doing her classes.

Fantastic experience: Beautiful, intimate studio! Perfect for all Levels, whether you are a beginner to reformer Pilates or more advanced in your practice- Al covers all the basis and is a fantastic, highly experienced pilates instructor that will make you giggle the whole way thru. Her classes are fun, dynamic, challenging and hurt so good!! She is very specialised in her practice and very understanding of injuries/ modifications! I highly recommend her classes and I love the personalised attention you get with these smaller, more intimate classes! Al is the best!
