Negative experience: Very disappointed, I had booked an appointment for my 13yr old daughters birthday to treat her. I got 3 messages reminding me not to forget my appointment. But 2 hrs before the appointment time she sent an email to say it was cancelled, had a very weak excuse saying her son was sick from school but the email was only sent at 1pm, I did not see the email as I was working & had to travel 1hr to get there. I felt sorry for her son who she used to pass messages through & she was not even home. Then she lied and said she tried to phone but I had no missed calls or voice message. Do not rely on this person she can't be trusted.

Negative experience: I booked an online appointment, I had a message to say my appointment had been rescheduled to 15mins later than original booked time. She then messaged me the morning of my appointment and told me to disregard that message. Less than an hour before my appointment she messages me to cancel my appointment. She did not answer my calls and I have paid a deposit for my appointment.

Super professional, cleanliness and sanitation is at an immaculate standard and on top of all that, she is super efficient and fast delivering the best results with the least discomfort possible. Fantastic experience: Jemma was a very lovely, down to earth person who was easy to get along with. She did an excellent job at gentling removing my disastrous lashes I got done elsewhere. I also really appreciated that she suggested I wait before I get more lashes applied, which although was in my best interests, it was isn't necessarily in hers.
