Positive experience: Awesome swimming pool. Changing/shower rooms could do with a lick of paint.

Positive experience: Went to complex forme for my first visit today. To be honest I'm not one for excercise, but have to admit I enjoyed it. A lot of older women go and all different body shapes, so I didn't feel inferior, you are felt welcomed and everybody is so friendly.
