Fantastic experience: This is a good place to get your daily fitness goals ticked off or just burn some steam and frustration after a long hard day at work. You can go before if you prefer as it is a 24 hour 7 day a week gym. They have a good layout where in the entrance you have the cardio machines, as you walk on you have the machine asissted weights. These are both located on the top floor with the studio where classes and toilet/changing facilities are. You go down to the lower level where you will find the free weights, cables, barbells and dumbells, squat rack, benches and other weight machine you need to satisfy your workout needs. Overall a good gym with cleaning products and sanitizer wipes and liquid sanitizer to ensure cleanliness. There are trainers available but only at certain times. The facility has water machines to fill up your bottle.

Fantastic experience: I was an old member with the city fitness group but recently joined again to visit this place and woah has it made me excited to get to the gym! The large space and availability of gear (even on busy days) is always at the ready for your workout routine. I tend to go after hours but when I come in and see the staff it's always a smile and welcoming feeling! Gym is constantly tidy and at the ready. Though I don't drive here (public transport makes it easy to get here to fyi!) There isn't much parking from what I've observed, though I'm sure if you plan ahead you can get here just fine. Despite there not being much parking spaces, I still highly recommend this gym. Well maybe not just in case it gets busy haha! Looking forward to continuing my gym journey here. This is the place to do it if youre reaching your health and fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: Beautiful gym with new equipments. My 1st day shocks were; staff said she is busy so I was asked to call her if I have any questions about registering myself at desk. I guess you will need to be self driven at this gym. A Male cleaner cleans female shower room in the middle of the day and being questioned 'didn't you read the sign' several times when you just have to shower and go for next appointment. Other than these two shocks, quite impressed with this new gym in st Lukes.
