Largo adapts his strength coaching for youth and adults from diverse sporting backgrounds. Largo firmly believes that if something is not working, adapt until it does, and every experience will teach the coach as much as the athlete.

Logan’s sporting background and passion for health and fitness has fueled his interest in the human body and the work it is capable of. He believes in making small consistent changes by means of movement and exercise for not only the benefit of one’s well-being, but quality and quantity of life.

Ally is a Hawke’s Bay local, raised in CHB she chose to study close to her roots at the Eastern Institute of Technology. She finished her Bachelor of Sport and Exercise Science in 2021. During her studies she completed her placement here at HBCFCT working with the Education Outside the Classroom programme.

Ally’s passion is supporting people to live an active lifestyle, whether that be teaching children the fundamental movement skills or helping older aged people maintain quality of life through exercise. He is now enjoying the position of leading an awesome team of health and fitness professionals and working alongside some of the Bay’s best health experts.

From an early sporting background herself, Hannah always knew she wanted to be a Physiotherapist. Learning how the body moves and how to solve the puzzle when it isn’t working well, is the perfect match in a career.

Hannah has experience in musculoskeletal private practice, return to work rehabilitation and particularly enjoys working with athletes young and not so young! Her mission is to help each person understand more about their injury without all the medical mumbo-jumbo.

Anna was raised in Invercargill and developed a love for sports at an early age. With a background in gymnastics, dance, and netball she was in and out of the physiotherapist office a lot. This is where she discovered that physiotherapy was the path she wanted to take.

Anna believes that the best rehabilitation can only be achieved once the patient has a full understanding of their injury.  She thinks it is important for individuals to take control of their rehabilitation while she is there to provide education and guidance throughout the process.

Anna has a particular interest in helping individuals incorporate their sports and hobbies into their treatment to help develop a sense of purpose and love for what they are trying to achieve.

All the staff that work at the gym are more than willing to help you if wanting to try out new equipment and explain thoroughly what advantage you will get from using equipment. Very happy I am going there.

I just love the friendly atmosphere of the gym and the professional way the staff conduct themselves. The gym is always very neat and exceptionally clean with the necessary equipment to maintain the high standards set.

An outstanding gym with fantastic staff. I have been a member of a few local gyms, but this one surpasses them by far. Great atmosphere, clean operational equipment, and friendly crew. And the bonus of a high-quality café with a coffee, or a Beast Mode smoothie with my wife!

The holistic approach to our health and ongoing fitness is fantastic. Fabulous people, environment and ongoing opportunities for us all. Congratulations! Wonderful facility right here in Hawke’s Bay
