Our programming is world class and specific to our communities needs as they progress through results-driven workouts, movement focus, and accountability. It’s our community that’ll make the difference. They’ll pick you up, keep you on track, and help you redefine your comfort zone to become better, everyday.

If you are new to CrossFit we’ll start you off with a free introductory session, one-on-one, unless you want to bring a gym buddy. We’ll put you through your paces, to find out what makes you tick, and you can learn all there is to know about us.

Fantastic experience: Terrific programme for golden oldies supporting movement, balance, eye coordination, strength and confidence. Scaled to fit individual abilitiesl and grooving along to 70s music. Pretty fun. All the girls and guys love it.

Fantastic experience: An awesome box. It provides just everything what a CrossFit heart is looking for. I came here for a drop-in, and the entire process was super smooth, and not expensive. The workout itself was also really nice, with friendly sports mates next to me. Also, this box offers a shower, which is not in every box the case. However, highly recommended. Thx

Fantastic experience: OutSTANDing morning at CrossFit Wild South. Warm and welcoming pups at the front door when we arrived. Knowledgeable, supportive, accomplished coaching from Ruth.
