9 months ago Fantastic experience: Fabulous, inclusive community of crossfit members here. Any levels of fitness and ability is catered for. Great instructors that make workouts fun and improve skill base. Mike excellent PT, I had ongoing knee issues making it painful to walk at times. He identified the issue, and 6 months later no more pain. Recommend to enhance quality of life, now I am hooked to CrossFit!

2 years ago Fantastic experience: Terrific programme for golden oldies supporting movement, balance, eye coordination, strength and confidence. Scaled to fit individual abilitiesl and grooving along to 70s music. Pretty fun. All the girls and guys love it.
2 years ago Fantastic experience: An awesome box. It provides just everything what a CrossFit heart is looking for. I came here for a drop-in, and the entire process was super smooth, and not expensive. The workout itself was also really nice, with friendly sports mates next to me. Also, this box offers a shower, which is not in every box the case. However, highly recommended. Thx

And an enthusiastic community atmosphere. Loved dropping in to see the fitfam at CrossFit Wild South. Looking forward to the next time we're in town.
