Ghostfist Lee Gar is a dynamic kickboxing, Muay Thai, and boxing gym located in New Zealand, established in 2022 with a deep commitment to the Lee Gar lineage. Led by Head Coaches Tate Ngariki and Eti Naseri—students of the Lee Gar system—the gym brings years of experience in developing champions and fostering elite striking skills. The name "Ghostfist," originally gifted to Grandmaster Phillip Lam by the media, now symbolizes the gym’s enduring fighting spirit and dedication to excellence.

More than just a training facility, Ghostfist Lee Gar operates on the principle that "Lee Gar means family." Built on village values, the gym offers a supportive environment where beginners train alongside experienced fighters, and discipline cultivates confidence. It is a place designed for growth, unity, and mutual support, ensuring that every member feels part of something bigger than themselves. Comprehensive classes are offered for all fitness and skill levels, including specialized sessions for kids and adults. The weekly schedule is robust, featuring kickboxing, boxing, and "Fighters Class" sessions from Monday to Friday, with dedicated slots for children's classes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Saturdays offer additional variety with cardio, clinching & boxing drills, and fighters' endurance training. The gym is closed on Sundays, providing a complete rest day for members. Additionally, personal training sessions are available upon request, allowing for tailored fitness and martial arts goals.

Fantastic experience: Great place, family orientated and very welcoming. They even have classes for all forms of skill level and general stregyh and conditioning to endurance Kids classes to be started soon also i hear and you have access to all gym equipment. Highly recommended this place the coaches and team are all ammazing
